*Please note that not all repairs can be complete within 1-2 days during peak season. Our service department will follow up with each request submitted to give you a more accurate estimate.
OUR REPAIR POLICY
For small mowers and 2-cycle equipment a non-refundable deposit of $25.00 will be collected at the time of drop-off.
For any small equipment repairs that will cost MORE THAN $100.00, the customer will be contacted with an estimate.
If the customer decides to repair the equipment for the discussed amount, then the deposit will go toward the final bill.
Should the customer decide that it is not worth fixing, the $25.00 deposit will serve as an estimate fee.
For larger equipment (riding lawnmowers, large generators, etc.) a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 will be collected at the time of drop off.
For any large equipment repairs that will cost MORE THAN $200.00 to fix, the customer will be contacted with an estimate.
If the customer decides to repair the equipment for the discussed amount, then the deposit will go toward the final bill.
Should the customer decide that it is not worth fixing, the $50.00 deposit will serve as an estimate fee.
