Essential Maintenance
Essential maintenance for your unit is crucial if you want to have a consistent power output. All
zero turns require these 5 things every 50 hours or per manual, regardless of brand.
1. Change oil filter
2. Change oil
3 . Service fuel system
• Replace fuel filter and inspect lines for cracks
• Maintain transmission
4. Check and change hydrostatic transmission fluid
5. Check and/or replace spark plug
Other Maintenance
One of the leading causes for zero turn failures is the neglect to maintain the machine itself. We will cover (almost everything) from using the right oil to up keeping your landscaping machine, and everything in between.
• Air filters - Annually or per manual; Change may be required if working conditions contain
high dust, debris, or sand.
• Blades - Weekly or as needed
• Belt - Replace when fraying is visible. Not changing belts when necessary will cause damage
to the belt drive system.
• Greasing - Every 25 hours
